Kevin Taylor
Founder & CEO
As CEO of Oil Store, Kevin has led the company since its inception as TrAchem Fluid Solutions in 1996. His journey in the lubricants industry spans over three decades, marked by dedication to excellence and continuous growth. His vision is to build a legacy where Oil Store operates and grows for the next 100 years and more, with priorities to maximise growth through new and existing partnerships.

Daniel Tait
Managing Director
With 16 years of dedicated experience in the lubricant industry, Daniel has covered every role within Oil Store from an 18-year old Office Junior to his current role as Managing Director. His expertise has been honed through hands-on experience across all facets of the business, gaining invaluable technical knowledge through collaborating with industry professionals and major lubricant manufacturers.

Cameron Clarke
Head of Sales & Operations
Cameron didn't enter the industry traditionally. Having joined Oil Store in 2017, he had no background in lubricants and no plan to get into them. What he found was an industry he connected with: technical, relationship-driven, a place where doing thigs properly mattered. Nearly ten years later, Cameron is Head of Sales & Operations, managing the sales function and looking after key relationships.

Neil Cleland
Sales Manager - Scotland
With a strong knowledge of the region, Neil is Oil Store's expert for Scotland. Having enjoyed a strong collaborative partnership with the team for many years, Neil positions himself as a key member of the team, with an understanding of our procurement methods and the world-leading brands we work alongside. Now, Neil oversees our sales operations throughout Scotland, supporting you with your requirements.

Ryan Skelton
Warehouse Manager
When you need something delivering on time, Ryan is your man. He oversees our warehouse, stock, and order delivery processes, ensuring that your goods are delivered safely to you, on time. Alongside keeping the warehouse organised, he fulfils local delivery to the Yorkshire/South Yorkshire region. Ryan is commonly referred to in the Oil Store offices as the Greatest of All Time.

Thomas Clark
Key Account Manager
Thomas has progressed from Internal Sales Executive to one of our Key Account Managers, gaining a deeper understanding of the complexities of lubricant procurement, and the real-world challenges our customers face. That experience has shaped how he works, focused on efficiency, technical knowledge and consistent service throughout every stage of the procurement process.

Joel Thompson
Key Account Manager
Through hands-on experience and ongoing development, Joel has gained the knowledge required to seamlessly guide customers through the often complex lubricant procurement process. Having begun his journey at Oil Store as an Internal Sales Executive, he has developed a strong understanding of multi-brand lubricant supply. He focuses on understanding unique technical and commercial requirements.

Sales Executive
Richard is committed to executing the smooth processing of our sales operations. Since joining Oil store in October 2024, he has focused on guaranteeing a seamless and efficient experience for all customers by supporting multiple aspects of the sales and procurement process . His interactions with customers and our partners are driven by a commitment to the delivery of a exceptional service.

Jay Hatton
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Jay directs our Marketing strategy through a clear vision for growth. Since joining, he has strengthened our socials & website authority alongside developing a long-term marketing vision that aligns with our business goal. He has produced key strategic campaigns and upscaled our content production. His long term goal is to continue developing our marketing presence into a fully established department.

Kaitlyn Jones
Office Administrator
Kaitlyn plays a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. She ensures our internal processes and administrative tasks are fully organised and efficient, which is essential to the success of our entire team. From supporting our sales and accounting teams to handling invoicing, documentation and office workflow, her role at Oil Store is vital creating structure and clarity.

Georgina Warren
Sales Administrator
Georgina joined Oil Store during the 2026 New Year and has become a vital member of the team. Her key responsibilites include completing the processing and delivery of sales orders, assisting with enquiries and delivery processing, as well as helping with administrative duties across sales and accounts. Thanks to her efforts, she has quickly settled into the team and attributed to day-to-day efficiency.

Yosh
Chief Happiness Officer
Yosh is the goodest of boys in the entire world. Without Yosh, it's safe to say Oil Store would not be the same. He is here everyday, on-time and eager, to support the team in what they do. When he is not in the office or watching the warehouse, he is out on long walks, running and playing with other dogs. He has a favourite quote he always tells the team, which is: “Woof!"
