Shell Lubricants appoints senior marketing staff

Shell Lubricants, which produces a range of products including Shell Omala S2 G 320, has recently made a slew of new staff appointments.

The oil giant has named Carol Chen as the new General Manager for Consumer Lubricants Marketing – a position based in London.

Chen had previously worked for Shell in its China and Hong Kong-based lubricants business, so she has all of the right experience to do the job successfully.

Before working at Shell, she had more than 20 years’ worth of marketing experienced, working in P&G in four separate locations: Singapore, Canada, China, and the United States of America.

In another appointment, Shell gave the job of Vice President for Global Lubricants Marketing and Lubricants Sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa to Roger Moulding.

Moulding has previously worked in a number of international business roles, and was instrumental in setting up Shell’s extremely successful global key accounts business. He will remain working in London.

Andrew Hepher was awarded the role of Vice President of Global Commercial Technology in the Company. He previously worked as the General Manager for Consumer Lubricants Marketing, and has a track record for building solid businesses and tech teams.

Other appointments at the company included Selda Gunsel, who will now be the General Manager of Product and Quality in Shell Lubricants’ supply chain orgainsation, where she will work to continually improve the design, sourcing, development and deployment of the company’s lubricant products.
