West Yorkshire lubricant manufacturer Millers Oils has declared racing driver Harry Hickton as its official “Brand Ambassador”.
The recent appointment followed Hickton winning the company’s 2026 Challenger Scheme.
The competitive selection process saw the driver picked for demonstrating strong track potential, but the award was also influenced by his technical understanding, professionalism and the capacity to represent the brand in the world of motorsport and beyond.
The Challenger Scheme was devised to support and find a driver who personifies ambition, performance and the mindset needed to achieve success at the highest level. This year, the selection process assembled a group of skilled candidates who were examined across several criteria including technical knowledge, communication skills, simulator performance and a presentation.
According to Millers, Hickton’s well-rounded approach, media engagement, commercial awareness and driving ability helped him stand out. As the programme now progresses, Hickton will get structured support from the lubricant brand during the upcoming the MINI CHALLENGE 2026 season. He will work with the team on media activity, events and partner engagement.
Commenting on his new post, Hickton stated he was proud of winning the Millers Oils Challenger Scheme, and that it was an incredible opportunity. He added that he looked forward to building a partnership with the brand both off and on the racetrack.
A respected UK lubricant maker, Millers Oils manufactures products for motorsport but also for commercial, industrial and farming sectors. As a result, its lubricant portfolio includes agricultural oil, spindle oil, hydraulic fluid and heavy-duty grease and high-performance compressor oil for rotary, reciprocating and screw compressors.
