Castrol ሕንድ names new chairman

የቅባት አምራች የህንድ ክፍል Castrol በቅርቡ በቦርድ ደረጃ የአመራር ለውጥ መደረጉን አስታውቋል።

ኩባንያው በሊቀመንበርነት ሚና ውስጥ አምስት ያካተቱትን 24 የረጅም ዓመታት አገልግሎቶችን ተከትሎ ከስልጣን የወረደውን የቅባት ኢንዱስትሪ አርበኛ ራኬሽ ማኪጃን እንዲተካ ሾመ።

Makhija, who has taken his place in the role of chairman at Castrol ሕንድ, has a history of holding senior positions in numerous companies. These include Honeywell International, Tata Honeywell Limited and SKF ቡድን. በቅርቡ፣ አክሲስ ባንክ ሊሚትድ ኃላፊ ያልሆነ ሊቀመንበር ሆኖ አገልግሏል።

Other changes to the roster at Castrol ሕንድ include Satyavati Berera being appointed an independent director as well as an audit committee chairperson. She is taking over from Uday Khanna, who is retiring following a distinguished tenure with the leading lubricant manufacturer.

According to Castrol ሕንድ, Talwar will now assume the role of chairperson for Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, while continuing in her position as Chairperson for the Nomination Remuneration and Compensation Committee.
