Leading global operator in the lubricant industry, Fuchs Group, recently revealed its latest strategy called “FUCHS100” at Capital Markets Day.

The key event was held at its headquarters in Mannheim, and highlighted the strategic plan named after the company’s path leading up to its centennial taking place in 2031.

The new strategy reflects the continuing evolution of Fuchs’ 2025 strategy and focuses on three core areas: people, growth and sustainability.

Through its mission statement, “Focus to Win”, the lubricant manufacturer is concentrating on specific areas that have the greatest potential for growth, while simultaneously fortifying its place as a technology-driven business offering bespoke lubrication solutions for a vast spectrum of applications.

Fuchs is also advancing collaboration further between local, regional and global structures. Its aim is to strengthen its local customer connections while making good use of its global reach to form a solid foundation where profitable growth can occur.

Fuchs supplies lubrication solutions that support customers around the world, helping them save resources and improve processes efficiency. With global megatrends, an increasing population and technologies rapidly advancing, its approach is becoming more important than ever.

The world’s largest independent lubricant maker, Fuchs currently provides specialist services and cutting-edge products to more than 50 countries. This diverse range of lubricants and fluids includes spindle oil, rust preventative, neat cutting fluid, hydraulic oil, wire rope lubricant, heat transfer fluid (HTF), compressor oil and food safe oils and greases for use in food and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
