Designed to improve operational performance, CPI’s synthetic compressor oils offer a range of advantages. They have exceptionally high oxidative and thermal stability, which means they are highly resistant to chemical breakdown at elevated temperatures, helping to prevent sludge and varnish formation. These advanced synthetic solutions also have low volatility. This property allows the oils to minimise evaporation rates and fluid consumption, even when the lubricants are operating under severe conditions. CPI’s synthetic range also provides enhanced viscosity control, helping the oils maintain a high viscosity index (VI) across a wide range of temperatures while offering lower pour points for improved cold-start performance. Finally, these synthetic oils are specially formulated to provide enhanced water separability. Their excellent demulsibility means they can separate cleanly from moisture present within mechanical systems.
