Kluber to showcase specialty lubrication solutions for refrigeration

Leading lubrication manufacturer Kluber has announced its intention to showcase its specialty refrigeration solutions at Chillventa 2026, the foremost exhibition for refrigeration technology.

In industrial cooling systems, substantial energy is consumed by refrigeration compressors, which are vital components for ensuring a continuous production process. Kluber has therefore adopted the slogan “Cool solutions. Hot savings” to emphasise the effectiveness and efficiency of its lubricants, such as refrigeration compressor oil.

It will use the opportunity at Chillventa 2026 to show refrigeration operators how they can improve energy efficiency while also optimising uptime, enhancing equipment reliability and lowering maintenance costs.

Underlying this is a certified process called Kluber Energy Efficiency, which accords with the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP). Kluber says this transparent, standardised methodology will assist refrigeration operators in achieving quantifiable energy savings when adopting its high-performance lubrication solutions.

Kluber’s manager for global sales development, Mevlüt Karakışla, said that in refrigeration in industrial settings:

“…Reliability and energy efficiency need to be considered together. While lubricants represent only a small share of operating costs, they can have a significant impact on production reliability by reducing wear, minimising planned and unplanned downtime and lowering maintenance requirements. At the same time, they can help reduce energy consumption.”

He added that Kluber Energy Efficiency enabled the company to prove the energy savings rather than merely claim them. Kluber will be at Hall 4, Booth 4-522 at Chillventa, which will take place at NürnbergMesse in Nuremberg from October 13 to 15, 2026.
