In a reflection of its commitment to its employees, TotalEnergies has launched its worldwide Care Together by TotalEnergies programme to حماية رفاهية عمالها.
The فرنسا-based company, which makes the Total coolant and lubricant range, says it wants to ensure high social standards for all of its employees, regardless of what regulations may exist in their home country.

TotalEnergies’ CEO and Chairman, Patrick Pouyanné, said the new programme reflected the organisation’s:
“…intention to make TotalEnergies a company that is a good place to work. We believe that employees’ well-being is a key factor in our performance. This program increases our social commitments and establishes us as a responsible company for all our employees by promoting high standards worldwide.”
وسيضمن البرنامج حصول جميع موظفيه، أينما كانوا، على خطة تأمين صحي موثوقة ومناسبة، بالإضافة إلى استحقاقات الوفاة التي تعادل إجمالي الراتب المرجعي لمدة عامين. وسيتمكن العمال أيضًا من إجراء فحص صحي كل عامين للتأكد من أنهم لائقون عقليًا وجسديًا.
فيما يتعلق بتكوين أسرة أو توسيعها، ستقدم الشركة للوالد الأساسي ما لا يقل عن 14 أسبوعًا من إجازة رعاية الطفل براتب أساسي كامل، مع حق الوالد الثانوي أيضًا في الحصول على إجازة لمدة أسبوعين. وستسعى التدابير أيضًا إلى ضمان عدم تخلف الآباء العائدين من إجازة رعاية الأطفال عن مستويات الأجور.
