The organisers of Advanced Engineering UK have announced some of the prominent industry leaders who will be addressing this year’s gathering.
The exhibition will take place on the first two days of November at the NEC Birmingham, and give professionals from fields such as composites, aerospace, automotive, rail and space (to name but a few) an opportunity to discuss challenges, and promote their innovative solutions.
Richard Noble, OBE, a consistent innovator at ThrustWSH and a former world land speed record holder, will give the keynote speech on the first day. Bosch’s director of government relations and external affairs, Eman Martin-Vignerte, will then deliver some insights into automation and digitalisation. A representative from Make UK will deliver the second day’s keynote speech, before the organisation Made in Britain give a talk about design and innovation.
The event will also feature panel discussions and competitions, and visitors will be able to meet various industry figures at separate forums for the aerospace, automotive and composite sectors.
Easyfairs director Alison Willis said about the event:
“With an impressive display of cutting-edge technologies and a wide array of speakers, visitors can anticipate an immersive and dynamic experience that will both excite and stimulate their interests.”
