Leading lubricant manufacturer Valvoline was recently honoured by the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) hospitals.

The company revealed it was named the not-for-profit organisation’s “US Corporate Partner of the Year” for 2026, recognising its team member engagement, sustained fundraising and community impact on children’s hospitals.

Valvoline is best known for the high-quality maintenance services and cutting-edge lubricants it supplies, which range from grease and gear oil to cutting fluid and coolant. However, the company also has a long-standing partnership with CMN.

The ongoing relationship is now in its 16th year, during which time it has helped raise $9 million to support hospitals in both Canada and the United States established specifically for children.

Last year, Valvoline’s fundraising efforts for local children’s hospitals increased by almost 40 per cent. The company used the momentum of its yearly fundraising campaign and community-driven efforts set up to support vital services, equipment, care and programmes for children and their families to boost support levels.

Commenting on its recognition from the network, the CEO and president of Valvoline, Lori Flees, said that being named Corporate Partner of the Year was an incredible honour that belonged to its team members, guests and franchisees who have fuelled the partnership. She added that the lubricant company was proud to continue to expand the positive impact it was making via a new grant programme (in collaboration with CMN) that is focused on helping children’s hospitals provide enhanced mental health initiatives.

The support Valvoline offers is part of a broader community effort called “Happy to Help”.
