An international flagship event called “Lube Focus Week 2026” dedicated to lubricants, metalworking fluids and greases is being held in Shanghai this summer.

With two core segments, the multi-date event will combine the Shanghai International Lubricants and Technology Exhibition and the China International Lubricants, Base Oils and Additives Conference.

This year’s event is aligned with market demand and industry trends and has received a significant upgrade. The 2026 edition will see the exhibition expanded to fill two halls, so it can reflect a broader view of the modern lubricant industry chain. The event will also feature a more multi-dimensional and structured showcase, enabling exhibiting industry professionals and business brands to access more accurate supply and demand matching and gain greater insights into the lubricant industry’s future.

Previous global participants have included Valvoline, Kluber, Castrol Total, global lubricant leader Shell, which has a strong presence in industrial Shanghai, the Chinese division of Mobil, and Fuchs, which has substantial operations in China.

The exhibition will present an extensive selection of raw materials, like base oils and thickening agents, functional additives, surfactants, testing equipment and packing equipment, but also finished lubricants and fluids. Ranges for metalworking will include products like mould release oil, cutting fluid and rust preventative, while those for industrial operations will showcase vacuum pump fluid, grease, heat transfer fluid, gear oil, compressor oil and hydraulic oil.

Lube Focus Week 2026 will run from Sunday, June 7 to Monday, June 11 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
