Sri Lanka’s official distributor for ExxonMobil, McLarens Lubricants Ltd, recently marked the conclusion of a successful event titled the Industrial Technical Seminar.
The much-anticipated event united technical experts, industry leaders and key stakeholders under one roof to explore and discuss the latest developments in lubricant technology and the different applications they serve in various sectors.
A Columbo headquartered company, McLarens Lubricants Ltd, is currently working with the biggest manufacturing firms in Sri Lanka with an aim to improve efficiency and cut costs. The recent seminar included presentations from global experts from the Mobil brand, offering fresh insights and highlighting innovations in sustainable practices, industrial lubricants and solutions tailored to specific sectors.

ExxonMobil’s business-to-business territory manager for the Asia Pacific region, Vincent Hwee conducted a seminar called “Why Mobil Lubricants”. It allowed attendees to obtain invaluable knowledge on improving machinery performance, optimising operational efficiency and mitigating environmental impact.
The lubricants industry event was also designed to provide practical networking opportunities for sector professionals to connect and a platform for all attendees to share insights and exchange new ideas.
