
An event called the Asia Bitumen, Base Oil & Lubricants (ABBL) Conference & Exhibition will take place in Bangkok this April.
The first event of its kind for the region, the convention is said to be highly anticipated, and will assemble traders, leading refiners and industry specialists under one roof to confer on the latest innovations in sustainability, business opportunities and market trends in the sector.
A list of experts are slated to provide cutting-edge insights at ABBL Bangkok on a range of topics including driving sustainability in the lubricant sector, present trends for the Asia Pacific and Middle Eastern bitumen market, sustainable solutions to serve infrastructure, the Indian Bitumen Market, base oil trends and opportunities in 2025, product packaging optimisation and the future of EV (electric vehicle) lubricants among others.
The event in Thailand’s capital will also examine strategic market opportunities and industry growth. With global trade evolving and a rising need for sustainable infrastructure, ABBL Bangkok will provide fresh insights on base oil and lubricants innovation, supply chain efficiency and bitumen market expansion.
The upcoming conference has gained support from all sectors involved. Many prominent names in the bitumen, base oils, lubricant and logistics industries have confirmed they will be attending in April, including Bitumex International UK Ltd, TEC Container Solutions, Indochina Asphalt Company, Tiger Bitumen, Argus Media and American oil and gas company Chevron. The latter is the owner of the Texaco lubricant range that sells gas engine oil, grease, hydraulic fluid, coolant, cutting fluid and other products.
