As of 18th August 2023 control of the business O’Neill & Company Consulting Engineers Ltd has been acquired by TrAchem Limited. The business has been transferred to TrAchem, T/A Oil Store, as a going concern, including the customer base and a vast stock holding of specialist air, refrigeration and speciality gas compressor oils from world leader in lubricant technology, CPI Fluid Engineering, a division of Lubrizol.
O’Neill & Co is a long-standing and trusted distributor of CPI Fluid Engineering products, with a proud history of working with OEMs, resellers, service engineers and end users for more than 35 years. The business has played a pivotal role in the compressor market for nearly 4 decades, providing expertise and engineering consultancy in addition to the supply of specialist, OEM-approved fluids.
Susan Dempster of O’Neill & Co will remain as a consultant to Oil Store which will enable a smooth transfer of business and bring a wealth of knowledge to our organisation.
This is a really exciting development for TrAchem and further solidifies our commitment to continual growth and improvement. One of our core values is providing value-added service to our customers through stock holding and this acquisition & transfer of stock allows us to meet customer demands with effective and efficient supply throughout the UK and beyond.
