Ensis DW 1255, manufactured by Houghton, is a medium rust protective lubricant that is suitable for use on metal surfaces likely to succumb to corrosion whilst in use or storage. Ensis DW 1255 is solvent-based and is a water displacing rust inhibitor which leaves a temporary protective film on these metal surfaces. This product protects these metal components from the effects of detergents, air, moisture and any other contaminants.
