Mobil Rarus SHC 1025 is part of a series of high-performance lubricants. These oils have been manufactured specifically for lubricating severe duty rotary screw and rotary vane air compressors. These oils are well suited for use in severe conditions where other mineral-based lubricants may not meet the standards expected. This includes use in conditions where the final compression temperature is high or those where the oil drain intervals required are longer than usual. This oil has been crafted with a number of specific synthetic hydrocarbon fluids, wax-free, and have been combined with an additive system that can guarantee an exceptional level of resistance against the effects of oxidation and thermal degradation.
The Mobil Rarus SHC 1025 oil can provide an excellent level of protection for equipment and can reliably operate in tough conditions where other air compressor lubricants may fail. Its formulations, which is unique, can help to see a reduction in maintenance costs through reducing the number of problems with machinery and minimizing carryover and deposit formation. Its high viscosity means that it can provide effective lubrication, even at higher temperatures.
