Description

Millmax BIO hydraulic oils are Millers Oils solution to the ever increasing demand of environmentally friendly hydraulic oils. They are fully synthetic fluids manufactured using esters and ashless anti-wear additives which classifies them as HEES (Hydraulic Environmental Ester Synthetic) type fluids.

Applications

Millmax BIO products can be used as supplied in any hydraulic application where a HEES type fluid is specified. They provide exceptional lubricity and high-temperature performance and have a naturally low pour point because of their ester base, making them ideal for use in extreme conditions.

This range of hydraulic oils are also classed as HFD (U) type fluids which is the classification for fire resistant lubricants. The ester base ensures they can be used in any application calling for this type of hydraulic fluid.

Benefits of Millers Millmax BIO Hydraulic Oils

The very high viscosity index (VHVI) of Millers Millmax BIO hydraulic oils ensures true multigrade performance is acheived. Millers manufacture this grade in two viscosities; ISO VG 15 and ISO VG 32 and both meet the requirements of DIN 51524 parts 2 and 3.

The Millmax BIO range also exceeds OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development) 201, 202, 203 and 301B.

The high lubricity properties of Millmax BIO grades ensures pump and component life is maximised and you could see oil change intervals extended when compared to conventional mineral oils.
