Millmax HV hydraulic oils from Millers Oils are a range of superior performance, high viscosity index (HVI) hydraulic oils which offer reliable protection against wear and corrosion in hydraulic systems which are regularly subject to variations in temperature, such as outdoor equipment.
Applications
Millers Millmax HV is available in a variety of viscosity grades, making the product range suitable for most hydraulic applications. Lighter viscosity grades ISO VG 15 and 22 are suitable for mobile equipment, some airline lubrication applications, hydraulic brake systems and power steering systems, whilst the standard grades ISO VG 32, 46 and 68 are suitable for hydraulic cylinders, high pressure systems and systems requiring load-carrying capabilities.

The high viscosity index of the Millers Millmax HV range ensures consistent performance is acheived across a wide range of operating temperature. They have good compatibility with elastomers and seals to provide longer seal life, reduced down-time and lower maintenance costs.
Millmax HV hydraulic oils include a zinc-based anti-wear package to offer protection to equipment for longer component life. They also provide good thermal and oxidation stability for extended cleanliness levels and have a low foaming formulation to minimise aeration and cavitation. Incompressibility characteristics of these HVI hydraulic oils provides effective power transfer in hydraulic systems.
