The Millers Millmax ZF range of hydraulic oils are ash-less and zinc-free to offer reliable protection against wear and corrosion whilst maximising power transfer for efficiency in industrial applications.
Millers produce 3 different viscosity grades in the Millmax ZF range: Millmax ZF 32 can be used in high powered machine tools (CNCs) and hydraulic cylinders, Millmax ZF 46 is for high pressure systems and Millmax ZF 68 is recommended for systems requiring load-carrying capabilities.
Benefits
Millmax ZF hydraulic oils are based on a zinc-free formulation to give good protection of silver and yellow metal components in machinery. The lack of zinc in the formulation also means a low-ash component for reduced environmental impact. They have excellent anti-wear characteristics which help to extend component life.
Millers Millmax ZF hydraulic oils provide good thermal and oxidation stability for extended cleanliness and are low foaming to minimise aeration and cavitation for consistent power transfer. Incompressibility of the fluid also provides effective power transfer in the hydraulic system. They also have good compatibility with elastomers and seals which helps to extend seal life, reduce down time and lower maintenance costs.
